Ildar Khalikov: «Quality and risk management in medical institutions – priorities of medicine development in ТR»

Prime minister of Tatarstan Republic Ildar Khalikov has told about necessity of forming of quality renovation and control system in medical institutions which will correspond to the best foreign models. Such was his speech during the opening of II International conference «Quality and risk management in medical institutions».
The conference, started today in Kazan, is the team project of TR Health Ministry and Educational Centre of High Medical Technologies.
TR Health Minister Adel Vafin, the deputy chief of Department of Organization of State Quality Control of Medical Aid Rendering of Roszdravnadzor Sergey Kovalev, the deputy director on scientific work of National Scientific Research Institute of Public Health Alexander Lindenbraten and the project director on optimization of institutions’ management of public health services of various level, Radomir Boshkovich took part in the conference.
Leading specialists of Russia, Germany, Israel, Serbia, USA and Finland will appear as the experts.
«The centre, which we have, trains not only Tatarstan medical workers, but also the specialists from many subjects of Russian Federation and foreign countries. It is unique and continues to develop. Among students of this Centre there are medical workers from France, Germany and other European countries. I think that this tradition will be continued», - the head of TR government Ildar Khalikov has noted.
Important thing is that Centre attracts the best specialists of the area.
During his speech, Ildar Khalikov has been made public statistical data of republic. Last years we watch positive demographic situation. The number of newborns exceeds number of deceased.
Successfully functioning medical centers of Tatarstan, like МCDC and EMH (Naberezhnye Chelny) take the leading positions not only in republic, but also in Russia.
 Head of TR government has given special attention to question of satisfaction of the population by quality of medical services. In end of his speech, TR Prime minister has appealed TR Health Ministry and Educational Centre to organize special courses on improvement of quality of work with patients.
