President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov has visited the out-patient department "Spasenie"

President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov has visited .versatile out-patient department “Spasenie.” on July, 1st, 2014. The president has inspected offices of the therapist, the surgeon, the ophthalmologist, the physiotherapeutic office with the modern medical equipment. Besides he has seen the doctors’work  in USE offices, day hospital and clinical laboratory.
The out-patient department of Open Company "Spasenie" is a pilot model of implementation of state-private partnership in the republic. Last year the Open Company "Spasenie" and Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Tatarstan Republic made the concessionary agreement and according it the capital repair work begun the first July 2013. In May, 2014 all repair work has been finished. In the renewed out-patient department there are all conditions for medical personnel and comfortable stay of patients. All offices are equipped by computers, furniture, telephones.  Physiotherapeutic office and day hospital for 6 beds have been opened in an out-patient department.
