Meeting of health care leaders of Russian Federation and Republic of Italy, dedicated to questions of efficient organization of state-private partnership has taken place today in Kazan. Lyudmila Kozlova; Adel Vafin, Tatarstan Republic Health Minister; Larissa Popovich, the director of Health Care Economy Institute of SRU EHS; Francesca Baridgi, Vice-president of Committee of programs and budgeting of Lombardy region; Marko Trivelli, the chief executive of Niguarda Hospital and others took part in the meeting.
Opening the meeting, the vice-president of committee of Federation Council of Federal Assembly has noticed that the discussing question was of current interest in national health care, especially in the conditions of reforming and modernization of health care in Russia.
… In agenda of the meeting there are many questions: the analysis of health care development in Italy and Russia; the analysis of perspectives of medicinal provision in Tatarstan Republic; role of state-private partnership in effectiveness’s development of health care; the international exchange of experience of specialists.
During the meeting the representatives of two parts have read the reports on health care system and strategy of its development.
In the end the parts have signed Cooperation agreement in the area of health care between Tatarstan Republic Health Ministry and III Healthcare and Social Assistance Commission of Lombardy region (Italy). The agreement has been signed by Health Minister of Tatarstan Republic and Vice-president of Committee of programs and budgeting of Lombardy region.
