Opening ceremony of the multifunctional centre has taken place in Tuliachinsky district

Interim President of Tatarstan Republic R.N.Minnikhanov took part in the opening ceremony of the new multifunctional centre in village Big Kibia-Kozi on August, 24th. The new building keeps medical station and culture centre.
