Special delegate of the Secretary General of the United Nations concerning AIDS in Eastern Europe and Central Asia Michel Kazachkin, advisers Isabella Barbossa and Raminta Shtuykite have visited Tatarstan Republic within the limits of the study tour in regions of the Russian Federation from May, 22 till May, 25th.
