World Breastfeeding Week takes place from 1st to 7th of August

Accepting in 1990 of Innocenti Declaration on the Protection, Promotion and Support of Breastfeeding became a motive for creation of World Breastfeeding Week. It takes place today in more than 170 countries of the world.

The CRCH was represented at the congress by Oksana Gennadievna Pyaterkina, chief visiting pediatric pulmonologist of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, head of the consultative polyclinic No. 1, and Olga Alexandrovna Karpova, Head of the Pulmonology Department of the CRCH.
