Opening of the new building of Perinatal Center of Republican Clinical Hospital has taken place today in Kazan. The President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov, the vice-president of the Government of Russia Olga Golodets, TR Prime minister Ildar Khalikov, the assistant to the TR President Leila Fazleeva, TR Health Minister Adel Vafin, the mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and others took part in the event.
