Ismagilov Arthur Khalitovich is MD, Professor of oncology, actinology and palliative medicine sub-faculty of КSМА, the oncologist of mammology and reconstructive surgery unit of RCOD of TR HM, the principal non-staff specialist-cosmetic surgeon of Privolzhsky federal district.
