Strategic conference on corporate culture forming has taken place today in Kazan

Strategic conference on corporate culture forming with participation of specialists of Republican Clinical Ophthalmologic Hospital has taken place today in Kazan. The trainers were Tatyana Savelieva – senior lecturer and the specialist on staff management and Anastasia Kamasheva – ophthalmologist. Questions of creation of corporate culture, team-building, systems of rendering of medical care and forming of image of the institution were discussed during the conference.
