He was born in the Sabinsky district, in Big Nyrscy village on April 18, 1942. After graduation, he entered the pediatric faculty of Kazan Medical Institute. After graduating, he went to the Perm region.

Ilgizar G. Ziatdinov worked for many years in domestic health care, making a great contribution to the development of pediatrics in both Tatarstan and Russia. His scientific works are highly valued in the scientific community.

The temporary procedure for admitting children to preschool educational institutions has been approved in order to implement measures to prevent and reduce the risks of the spread of a new coronavirus infection COVID-19 in Tatarstan Republic.

The document was adopted as a result of an interagency meeting with the participation of Ministry of Education and Science of TR, Health Ministry of TR, the Office of Rospotrebnadzor in TR and pursuant to the Decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation dated 05.15.2013 No. 26 “On approval of SanPiN 2.4.1.3049-13 “Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the implementation, content and organization of the working hours of preschool educational organizations".

1. District pediatricians of children's polyclinics / outpatient departments of medical organizations subordinate to TR Health Ministry, issue a certificate of the absence of contact with infectious diseases based on the appeal of the pupil’s parents received by telephone. If the parents do not have the contacts of the local doctor, they can call the call center or the registry of the polyclinic.

2. Full-time visits to the children's polyclinic for certificate are not allowed.

3. Certificate will be provided remotely by e-mail or via mobile messengers. It is possible to transfer a photo of the certificate or its scanned copy.

4. If necessary, the parents of the pupil can learn about the validity period of the certificate issued remotely.

In addition, the morning filter will be enhanced in kindergartens. Children with a runny nose and other signs of acute respiratory viral infections will not be accepted in kindergartens.
