Hypospadia is a congenital malformation of the external genitals; it occurs mainly in boys and manifests itself in the wrong location of the external opening of the urethra. 

Mini-Museum of the poet is situated in the building of Health Ministry of the Republic of Tatarstan in Ostrovsky street, 11/6. In the early twentieth century, it housed the hospital of Dr. Hirsch Klyachkin, where Gabdulla Tukay spent his last days. On April 15, 1913 he passed away, not having lived a few days to 27 years.

Republican Blood Center will host a donor campaign "Life’s holiday!" on the eve of the National Donor Day on April, 18. Students of Volga State Academy of Physical culture, sports and tourism will be the participants of the campaign. They will be ready to become donors so that people in need of blood components transfusion could rise to their feet.

TR Health Minister M. N. Sadykov will hold a reception of citizens on the organization of health care and medicine supply in the Republic of Tatarstan. It will take place in Regional public reception office of the Party "UNITED RUSSIA" headed by D. A. Medvedev, on April, 16.

The reception will be held from 10.00 to 12.00 a.m. at the address: Kazan, Karl Marx str., 31/7.

Emergency paramedics of Kazan went to save people 7494 times during the week. 1299 emergency calls were registered in public places. Paramedics went on accidents 929 times, including road traffic accidents. 34 people were injured, 15 people were taken to hospitals. 5776 emergency calls were registered for various diseases, including acute myocardial infarction (47 cases) and acute cerebral circulation disorders (180 cases).

Meeting of Public Council of Health Ministry took place in TR Health Ministry. Representatives of the Ministry together with experts discussed issues related to the implementation of the pilot project on the public formation of the goals and objectives of the Executive bodies of state power.
