Diabetes significantly increases the likelihood of stroke (2-4 times) due to the negative effects of high blood sugar levels on blood vessels. This leads to inflammation, decreased vascular elasticity, the development of atherosclerosis and an increased risk of thrombosis. The danger is compounded by factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, low physical activity, smoking and poor nutrition.

As part of the program, the teachers conducted educational classes on the history of National Unity Day, introduced the children to the history of the holiday, telling about the events of 1612, when the people's militia led by Kuzma Minin and Dmitry Pozharsky liberated Moscow from the Polish invaders.

Kazan Readings has become a platform for joint strategy development, combining scientific achievements, practical experience and new ideas.
