The pilot project of Health Ministry of Tatarstan Republic together with Kazan State Medical University and Children's Republican Clinical Hospital "Actual sections of emergency Pediatrics" has been launched since February 2019.
One of the project instructors is Igor Zakirov, head of anesthesiology and intensive care unit, anesthesiologist and resuscitator.
