Provision of palliative-hospice care was discussed in Chistopol

Training seminar for health workers on the provision of palliative-hospice care took place in Chistopol. The training is organized in order to improve the provision of palliative care to patients with severe incurable diseases and within the framework of the grant of the President of the Russian Federation "Palliative without borders" in the Republic of Tatarstan.

 

Medical specialists and primary care paramedics of Primary Health Centers came to the hospital of Chistopolsky CRH. Deputy head physician for treatment of Republican Clinical Oncology Dispensary, chief freelance specialist for palliative care of TR Health Ministry Ilsur Shaimardanov, as well as representatives of the Kazan hospice: head physician Galia Khisamova, head of outpatient service Marina Gorodilova and head of the children's department Tatyana Akhantyeva have made a speech for participants.
