Conference dedicated to World Kidney Day took place in CRCH
Scientific and practical conference “World Kidney Day” took place in CRCH today. It was organized by Kazan Pediatric School. Nephrology specialists gathered to exchange experience, develop a system for the prevention of renal diseases, modernize and improve the quality of patient care.
The forum has been opened with greetings from Dinara Sadykova, Head of Hospital Pediatrics sub-faculty of KSMU and Alexei Shulaev, Vice-Rector for Regional Health Care Development of KSMU.
Participants of the forum have listened to the presentations of specialists from Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Cheboksary. CRCH physicians also made presentations, bringing up for discussion such topics as rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis with manifestation of secondary TMA, X-ray surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney disease in children, endoscopic treatment of vesicoureteral reflux in children: the choice of implant.
