Unique operation has been performed to a patient with lung cancer in RCOD

A unique operation was successfully performed in Republican Clinical Oncology Center. Specialists of the 1st thoracic department performed a mini-invasive video-thoracoscopic pulmonectomy in a patient with lung cancer.

The advantage of this operation is in low trauma, which reduces the risk of postoperative complications and fast recovery of the patient. At the moment, the patient is under the supervision of oncologists and is preparing for discharge.
