Innovative technique in the surgical treatment of hyperparathyroidism was implemented at the university hospital of KFU

Two demonstration operations have been performed in the framework of the interregional workshop on intraoperative fluorescence visualization of the parathyroid glands, under the leadership of MD, head of surgery, obstetrics and gynecology department of university hospital of Kazan Federal University, surgeon Sergey Zinchenko. Medicine with a fluorescent effect was used to diagnose parathyroid glands during surgical treatment.
