Anticoagulant therapy in cardiology: the first cycle of professional development for doctors has started at ICDC
Specialists from Naberezhnye Chelny, Nurlat, Buinsk and other cities came to Kazan. They want to understand the principles of prescribing and conducting such therapy in patients in specific cases.
Interregional Clinical and Diagnostic Center (ICDC) is the heart of Republican system of anticoagulant offices. This large-scale and useful project was launched here together with “Portavita” two years ago. Now the plans that were discussed in the spring and summer are being implemented: ICDC becomes a base for improving the competence of doctors in this direction. Specialists need systematic and clear recommendations to achieve the targets of blood INR, the appointment and correction of doses of the drug depending on the current state of the patient and other issues that arise in daily practice. The course for doctors was developed jointly with Kazan Medical Academy.
