Issues of nephrology and renal replacement therapy were discussed in Kazan
Kazan hosted the Volga region scientific and practical conference "Selected issues of nephrology and renal replacement therapy". The event brought together leading nephrologists from Tatarstan, Saratov, Izhevsk and Orenburg.
Specialists of Republican Clinical Hospital took an active part in the conference. Presentations "Nephrogenic ascites: a myth or reality" and "Types of treatment in peritoneal dialysis" was made by head of dialysis department, chief freelance specialist on extrarenal blood purification methods of TR HM Gatiyatullin N. R. Physician of the kidney transplantation department, PhD, Associate Professor of urology and nephrology sub-faculty of KSMA Khasanova M. I. spoke about the edema in nephrology practice and maintenance therapy in recipients of kidneys.
