Workshop on process management took place in RCH

Republican Clinical Hospital hosted a seminar of the well-known international consultant on process management and process monitoring Radomir Bashkovich. The participants of the seminar were employees of departments involved in the implementation of practical recommendations of Roszdravnadzor, and senior nurses authorized for the quality of units.  

Examples of process management in a medical organization, monitoring and measurement of processes, indicators described in the recommendations of Roszdravnadzor, the results of monitoring in projects to improve the activities of a medical organization have been discussed during workshop.
