Alexander Nikolaev is appointed to the post of head of Healthcare Department of Naberezhnye Chelny of TR HM by order of TR Health Minister.
Nikolaev was born on August 26, 1986.
He graduated from Kazan State Medical University with a degree in Pediatrics in 2010.
2012-2014- Methodist doctor of SAHI” Republican Medical Information and Analytical Center”,
2014-2015-Deputy head physician, pediatrician of SAHI “Municipal Children's Hospital № 1”,
2015-2020- head physician of SAHI “Children's Municipal Polyclinic № 3” of Naberezhnye Chelny.
