Honored Health Worker of the Russian Federation Nina Shakhtorina: «With love to practice and to people!»
Today our character is Nina A. Shakhtorina, an outstanding and unique person who has been the permanent head of Republican Trade Union Organization of Healthcare Workers for a quarter of a century. Nina A. Shakhtorina laid the basis of social partnership in the industry, adopted the Industry agreement, the first one in the public sector and did a lot of work on improvement of forms and methods of activities of sectoral trade unions, consolidating his authority among the workers. Her achievements were repeatedly marked with certificates of Honor and badges of Tatarstan Republic, Central Committee of the Trade Union, and the branch Ministry. She is an Honored Healthcare Worker of the Russian Federation and Honored Doctor of Tatarstan Republic.
