The employer's day was held at Zelenodolsk Medical College. The conference was attended by Professor, Vice-rector for regional health development of Kazan State Medical University Alexey Shulaev, head of the department of medical education and certification of Health Ministry of TR Alsu Zalyalova, Director of Zelenodolsk Medical College and representatives of central regional hospitals Rashat Latypov.
Specialists of Vysokogorsky health resort made a report on the staffing of the district in accordance with the Federal program "Zemsky paramedic". Four paramedics have used this program to date. The regional project "Zemsky paramedic" was created in the same way as the Federal project "Zemsky doctor", which has been running since 2012. The project should attract young people to the village, and the young specialist receives a lifting fee of 500 thousand rubles, which he can spend at his own discretion.
