The hero of our interview today is Albert S. Galyavich, MD, Professor, Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan, Head of the Cardiology Department of the Interregional Clinical Diagnostic Center, Chief Cardiologist of the Volga Federal District, Full Member of the European Cardiology Society, American Heart Association, American College of Cardiology.
Albert S. Galyavich went from a cardiologist to a chief cardiology specialist of the entire Volga region and became vice president of the Russian Cardiology Society. He stood at the origins of the development of high-tech cardiological care in Tatarstan. Round-the-clock centers for patients with various heart diseases were created in Tatarstan Republic on his initiative and with his active participation.
