The construction of the cancer center is being completed in Naberezhnye Chelny
In Naberezhnye Chelny the construction of the cancer center a branch of the RCOD is being completed. This construction is as part of the national project "Healthcare”. In the center will be provided specialized medical care to the population of 6 municipalities in the North-East of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At the end of the year, an outpatient-polyclinic center will open for 200 visits per shift, as well as a radiological center for 30 thousand sessions per year.
The cancer center building will be attached to the Emergency Hospital. The total area of the cancer center building is 6415 sq. m. On the first floor there is a radiology department with MRI, RCT and angiography rooms, as well as two x-ray rooms, ultrasound and mammography rooms. In addition, the first floor is equipped with a palliative department. The second floor will be given over to a diagnostic department and an administrative block with a 20-seat concilium hall. On the third floor there will be an endoscopic department, a functional diagnostics department and laboratories, and on the fourth floor there will be a 16 - bed day hospital for chemotherapy and an outpatient surgery department with two operating rooms.
The construction is financing from Federal and Republican budgets.
