A 16-year-old teenager from Naberezhnye Chelny, turned to doctors at the place of residence with complaints about the appearance of a pulsating bosselation that arose as a result of an injury – a glass was embedded in the lower leg when falling.

It required the help of an experienced pediatric vascular surgeon. During the tests conducted on the basis of the CRCH (Children's Republican Clinical Hospital), an aneurysm was diagnosed. The operation was necessary. But the patient disappeared from the field of view of doctors for as much as 1.5 months. He did not arrive at the appointed time.

After a long period of time, he, in an urgent order, enters the emergency Department of the clinic.

For 1.5 months, the formation increased in size, which broke through, led to life-threatening bleeding. At the consultation, the doctors of the Department of cardiac surgery and x-ray surgery of the CRCH decided to perform an immediate operation, since the bill was running for minutes.

Everything could have ended in disaster if not for the timely emergency assistance and well-coordinated work of several departments. The child has yet to undergo rehabilitation.
