Today, a working group headed by the Minister of Trade and Services of the Republic of Bashkortostan Alexey Gusev visited the Children's Republican Clinical Hospital. During the working visit, the delegates got acquainted with the work of Department of Food and Social Catering of Kazan.
The administration of the clinic and the Department of Social Catering showed the guests the full cycle of food production for young patients and their parents. The system of the European standard was also presented.
⠀- With this system, food is placed in a closed individual thermal tray. The patients can have meals at a convenient time. When delivering food to remote medical departments of the Children's Republican Clinical Hospital, electric thermal trolley are used," said Venera Fatkhullina, director of the production.
⠀- The menu of medical nutrition is developed by a dietitian taking into account the specifics of diseases. All dishes are prepared strictly according to the approved recipe of the chef of the department, - said the deputy chief physician for medical affairs Lilia Basanova.
The guests highly appreciated the organization of the work and expressed their deep interest in fruitful cooperation.
