In the Children's City Hospital with the Perinatal Center of Nizhnekamsk, a Youth Council was established
Currently, 70 young doctors under 35 years work in the Children's City Hospital with a Perinatal Center. 12 of the most active of them were invited to a meeting with the management of the medical institution to get to know each other better, to communicate and to voice their questions and wishes.
Ramil Khamidullin, the chief physician of the Children's City Hospital with the Perinatal Center, suggested starting the acquaintance with a small story about him. He said that his career as a doctor began in 1981, after graduating from medical school with a degree in Pediatrics. Ramil Azgatovich came to Nizhnekamsk in 1982. He worked as a district pediatrician, and then he went to work in a pediatric hospital. Since 1997, he has been the head of the children's hospital. He enjoys playing sports, fishing, and good music. Married, two children.
Then it was the young doctors' turn to talk about themselves. Children's urologist Lyudmila Melikhova came to Nizhnekamsk a year ago, after graduating from Ryazan Medical University and completing her residency, because here she saw an opportunity to realize her professional dreams - to work in a hospital and operate on patients.
Irada Kulikova works as a district pediatrician in the Children's Polyclinic #1. In 2020, she graduated from the Izhevsk Medical Academy and came to Nizhnekamsk with her husband, who also works as a pediatrician in the clinic "Solnechnaya". The couple was attracted by the possibility of obtaining rental housing and career prospects.
Obstetrician-gynecologist Maria Arkadieva comes from Nizhnekamsk, and after graduating from academy, she returned to her homeland. They also have a family of doctors – my husband works as a traumatologist-orthopedist in the NCDMH.
Neonatologist Dina Abdullina came from Kazan a year ago. Recently, she completed primary training in anesthesiology and resuscitation. Soon she will start working in the neonatal intensive care unit.
After getting acquainted, the chief physician invited the young doctors to voice their requests and wishes to the management, which, in their opinion, will be able to help them in the process of adaptation and in further work. As a result, this list includes a request for the organization of joint events, assistance in solving the transport issue for the movement of doctors to the place of work, the organization of a gym for medical personnel, etc.
From the gathered activists, it was decided to establish the Youth Council of the Children's City Hospital with a Perinatal Center, the main purpose of which will be to unite young people, to express their interests both in professional and public life. Pediatrician Patimat Abdulkhalimova was chosen as the chairman of the council of young specialists.
