III International Internet Congress on internal diseases has taken place from 11th to 13th of February on the basis of Republican Clinical Hospital (RCH).
Doctors of therapeutic units, employees of hospital therapy department, young doctors, interns and residents took part in the work of on-line International Congress.
During 3 days the training studies were broadcast in methodical block of RCH.
The first International day has been led on January, 15th in Luxembourg, but later it was decided to transfer the date for a month later. Today, the day of children with cancer, is conducted in more than 40 countries under patronage of International society of children's oncologists.
The topicality of problem increases. According to world medical statistics about 200 thousand children become ill with cancer, half from them dies every year.
Timely diagnostic is considered the guarantee of successful treatment of oncologic diseases. If the disease is diagnosed at the first or second stages, treatment frequently leads to favorable end. However the tenth of cancer cases is revealed only at the third stage, and in eight percent of children the disease is diagnosed only at the fourth stage. Children are often affected with leukemia or blood cancer.
The questions of decrease of case rate and death rate from vascular diseases are very important. On February, 12th the neurology unit for patients with acute disturbances of cerebral circulation (the primary vascular centre) has began to function according to the order of HM of ТR №158 from 06.02.2014 «About modification of the order of Health Ministry of TR from 27.09.2013 №1833« About the order of medical aid rendering to the patient (adult population) with acute disturbances of cerebral circulation»(ADCC) within the limits of the measures directed on improvement of medical aid rendering to the patients with vascular pathologies, in Almetievsk Central Regional Hospital.
In SAHI «Students’» Municipal Hospital №4» the guests were told about the technical equipment of medical institution, demonstrated the system of electronic turn, showed the newest medical equipment of the emergency unit. The visitors have highly appreciated the work of day hospital, department of rehabilitation treatment, as well as dental and medical-preventive departments. During the meeting the sides have discussed the work of medical institutions during the XXVII World Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan.
The delegation got acquainted with the work of Emergency Medicine Center of SAHI Kazan «Municipal Clinical hospital №7». The delegates have visited important units of the Center: the receiving-diagnostic unit, operation unit, anesthesiology and reanimatology unit, and were shown the possibilities of the diagnostic service.
The unit has 24 beds of round-the-clock hospital.
Main branches of vascular surgery unit’s work are: treatment of patients with diseases of vessels by optimization of diagnostic and differentiated medical tactics with usage of hi-tech techniques, the emergency operative measures in acute thrombophlebites, surgical treatment of various forms of varicose illness, hi-tech techniques of operative measures in the complicated aneurysms of abdominal aorta.
Invention patent № 2498779 from 20.11.2013 has been given to ray-surgery diagnostic and treatment methods unit of SAHI «Emergency Medical aid Clinic». «The method of balloon navigation of coronary conductor in bifurcation lesions of coronary arteries» allows to make
correction in case of entrance stenosis of secondary branch, displacement effect of atherosclerotic plaque on type «snow – plough», restenosis in earlier established stent with lesion of hemodynamically significant side branch and to provide preventive maintenance of dissection more distally than stent of the basic branch and side branch. Technical result is the decrease of operation time and the number of possible complications.
The unique operation on cataract deleting (cataract phacoemulcification) has been made to E.Gorshkov and to 5 more patients in ophthalmologic unit of Almetievsk Central Regional Hospital. Advantages of this recognized world method are: no sutures, short period of rehabilitation and minimum of postoperative astigmatism.
