Press conference on adult population prophylactic medical examination

In "Tatmedia" press conference for journalists concerning adult population prophylactic medical examination has taken place. Speakers of conference were: the First deputy of Minister of Healthcare of Tatarstan Republic – S.A.Osipov; the substituent of general director of ICDC, the principal of the Republican vascular centre D.R.Khasanova; head physician of SAHI «the Republican clinical oncologic dispensary of HM of ТR», the principal oncologist of HM of RТ R.Sh.Khasanov; head physician of SAHI «the Republican centre of medical preventive maintenance» - R.S.Sadykova and the reader of the department of faculty therapy of KSMU G.M.Kamalov.
During this year the Government of Russia organizes the large-scale action - according to the order of Healthcare Ministry of Russian Federation, in all subjects, the prophylactic medical examination of certain groups of adult population is organized. In our republic this action has began in May 2013. 84 medical institutions of all municipal departments participate in prophylactic medical examination of adult population of Tatarstan Republic. Population prophylactic medical examination will be free of charge, within the limits of the Program of the state warranties of free rendering to citizens of medical aid in Tatarstan Republic in 2013, 2014 and 2015 with the provision of 231 million roubles. The prophylactic medical examination program includes: medical examination by doctors-experts, determination of state groups of health, rendering of preventive consultation and if needed prescription of medical-improving events and dynamic observation over the state of health of the patients. Citizens take prophylactic medical examination in the medical institutions according their residence in which the primary medical-sanitary help is rendered. Each citizen after the prophylactic medical examination receives health certificate with the basic recommendations.
