About expanding the functionality of Unified Health Care Call Center of the Republic of Tatarstan

Since March 1 the voice robot has been launched in the Republic of Tatarstan in order to call the priority category of citizens subject to prophylactic medical examination in 2024 and persons registered at the dispensary.

The voice assistant will make outgoing calls in order to assess the state of health, early detection of diseases, as well as control the course of the disease and prevent the development of health complications of the population of the Republic of Tatarstan.
