Families, whose children are under treatment in CRCH, get free legal assistance
The day of free legal assistance took place in Family Home of the Charity Foundation “Family Together”, which is on the territory of Children’s Republican Clinical Hospital.
Legal assistance was provided on issues related to the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of children.
“More than 30 people came to the reception. The uniqueness of such events lies in the fact that various authorities are involved in consulting – these are Republican Ministries, Federal Agencies, the Prosecutor's Office, Pension Fund, lawyers and notaries. This increases the efficiency of decision-making on specific requests”, reports the press service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The parents of children undergoing long-term and complex hospital treatment most often received questions about social and pension provision, housing, family and land legislation.
