Take care of yourself and manage stress. Set aside time for rest and relaxation on a regular basis. It can be meditation, reading, nature walks, hobbies, or just silence. Learn to recognize the signs of stress and apply techniques to reduce it (deep breathing, short breaks, delegating tasks). It is important to be able to say "no" and set personal boundaries.
