During the event, modern approaches to the prevention of occupational infection were considered, attention was paid to the importance of strict compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements and the use of personal protective equipment.

The algorithm of actions for the risk of infection with hemocontact infections was also repeated with the staff, including the procedure for immediate treatment of the injury site, rules for reporting an incident, further stages of medical supervision and post-exposure prophylaxis.

The lecture made it possible to update the knowledge of employees and reminded them of the importance of observing safe practices in the performance of professional duties.
