In Tatarstan, a new feature is being launched in the domestic MAX messenger – telemedicine consultations.
At the initial appointment, the doctor will offer the patient to use the MAX messenger for further interaction and will record the person's data (cell phone).
After completing the outpatient treatment stage, the patient will be sent an invitation to a telemedicine consultation with an indication of the time, as well as a link.
The telemedicine consultation will be conducted on the MAX base, in video call mode. The medical worker will work in the web version of the messenger, entering data into the state information system "Electronic Healthcare of the Republic of Tatarstan". If, according to the results of the telemedicine consultation, the patient's condition is considered satisfactory, the electronic hospital will be closed without an in-person visit to the clinic. It will have the same legal force as a regular paper document.
This function has its limitations, primarily depending on the severity of the disease and the individual characteristics of human health. If additional research is needed, the patient will have to visit a medical facility and get a full-time consultation with a doctor, and only after that it will be possible to close the sick leave. If we are talking about mild diseases with an obvious clinical picture and an established diagnosis, the capabilities of telemedicine and the MAX messenger will allow avoiding unnecessary visits to a medical facility, saving both the patient and the medical professional time. The decision on the possibility of using telemedicine tools will be made by the attending physician.
