Psychological training in СRCH
On February 6 and 7, the CRCH hosted a training course "Training internal staff trainers in medical organizations", dedicated to how to build an effective team in a medical institution and develop communication skills that directly affect the quality of interaction within the team and with patients.
Participants received practical tools to improve communication styles: they worked out algorithms and scripts for dialogue, techniques for influencing and constructive interaction with opponents. A separate section was devoted to conflict management: participants studied personality typing and leading behaviors in conflict situations. The program also includes art therapy techniques that help to better understand yourself and colleagues and reduce emotional stress in teamwork.
The training was conducted by clinical psychologist, coach and business coach Savelieva T.V. The classes were organized in a structured format with an emphasis on practical skills development and active involvement of participants. The listeners were particularly interested in the module on fairy tale therapy, in which the leading representative system was worked out using practical examples.
