Zelenodolsk CDH summed up the results of 2025 and identified the prospects
There are 117 participants and veterans of military operations who receive medical care at the district hospital. All are covered by preventive medical examinations, inpatient care, provided with medicines, medical and psychological support is provided. The work is carried out in close cooperation with the curators of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation.
2025 was the first year of the implementation of the second wave of national projects. The national projects "Family" and "Long and active life" became the main program activities for the Zelenodolsk CDH.
In 2025, more than 1.2 million outpatient visits were performed, over 35,000 hospitalizations and, importantly, 28 cases of new types of specialized interventions.
In electronic healthcare, citizens have made 507930 entries to primary care doctors.
Overall mortality is decreasing, including among those of working age.
9% of diseases of the circulatory system were detected for the first time during occupational examinations and medical examinations.
6084 oncological diseases were registered, and 799 patients were diagnosed for the first time in 2025.
In 2025, the department of antitumor drug therapy was opened. The oncological service is fully staffed.
The chief physician also focused on a disease such as diabetes mellitus. An increase of 6.1% was recorded in the reporting year. The uncontrolled course of diabetes mellitus inevitably leads to complications in the form of damage to the heart, blood vessels and nervous system, which are the cause of death.
