Heads and doctors of hospitals of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District came to study the healthcare system of Tatarstan
Participants of the educational program "Leaders of Yamal Medicine", launched in 2024 for Yamal healthcare leaders, came to Kazan for an internship.
During the training, colleagues from another region adopt the best management practices in the healthcare sector of Russia's largest cities.
A delegation of more than 80 people visited Tatarstan. 30 healthcare managers, led by Irina Novoselova, Vice-Governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, are studying the best practices of the republic's leading medical institutions, including the Republican Clinical Hospital, the Republican Children's Clinical Hospital, and the Sadikov Municipal Clinical Hospital No. 7. Kazan, children's polyclinic "Volzhskie prostory".
The specialists got acquainted with the experience of their Tatarstan colleagues in the field of quality management, digitalization, introduction of modern diagnostic and treatment technologies, etc.
