Psychological trainings for health personnel took place in Nizhnekamsk

Psychologist, coach, art therapist Tatyana Savelyeva conducted training with the staff of Healthcare Department of NMD, Medical Information and Analytical Center and for Medical Prevention Center. They talked about self-development and conflict resolution.

According to T. Savelyeva, such trainings are necessary for all health personnel today. The psychologist noted that one of the main goals of the training was the development of empathy and emotional intelligence.
