Cancer patients from Nizhnekamsk met with the psychologist

Lecture for cancer patients, residents of Nizhnekamsk, was conducted by the psychologist Tatyana Savelyeva. She said that guilt, resentment, shame, envy, unspoken anger and a desire for revenge lead to the development of cancer cells.

The psychologist shared cancer patients with several practices, and also reminded that, first and foremost, you need to change your thinking. “In the evening, note what little joy happened to you during the day, the same result can be summed up at the end of the week and month. The point is to learn to focus on the good, not to think about the bad all the time” she said.
