NCRMH receives “feedback” from patients

Monotors with "feedback", located in the registries of clinics № 1 and №2, consultative and diagnostic polyclinic, as well as in the dental clinic continue to be popular with patients.

Everyone has the opportunity to leave their vote and evaluate the quality of service. Almost 200 people took part in the electronic survey in April. 56 % of them called the work of the clinic "excellent", 28 % rated it "good". 16% of patients rated "bad".
