Preventive maintenance of hypodynamia

From August, 1 till August, 10th in Tatarstan thematic ten-day campaign «Preventive maintenance of hypodynamia» passes. The term "hypodynamia" designate an inactive way of life or insufficient physical activity. For maintenance of high-grade and healthy way of life physical activity which helps not only to become more vigorous is necessary to each person, but also is capable to prevent set of diseases and to warn hypodynamia development.
