The most important rule is to drink enough clean drinking water to avoid dehydration. Tea, juices, kvas and other beverages will not give this effect, and they cannot replace clean water.
What products should be included:
•water;
•salt in moderate amounts (to maintain the water-salt balance). Replace table salt with sea salt, pink Himalayan salt;
• vegetables;
•berries and fruits (especially seasonal).
Which products are recommended to reduce or exclude:⠀
• red meat;
• by-products;
•caffeine (coffee, black and green tea, matcha, chocolate);
• alcohol;
• white sugar and all refined products (e.g. wheat flour, white rice);
• "warming" foods, such as red beans, ginger, dried fruits, honey;
• spices (for example, pepper);
• yellow cheeses and, if possible, other dairy products;
• creamy sauces and sweet creams.
