Gilbert Massard, the leading transplant surgeon from Strasbourg has visited Republican Clinical Hospital. Gilbert Massard and Professor P.K.Yablonsky have made the first successful transplantation of lungs in 2006. Familiarization with republican clinic and cooperation possibility was the purpose of his visit. Head physician of RCH Gaifullin R. F., principals of services, surgery and diagnostic units and G.Massard have discussed the possible alternatives of the further cooperation and organization of joint workshops on the basis of RCH.
Administration of NERH, board chairman Tynis Allik and head physician Andrus Remmelgas have shown the main directions of hospital’s work. The sides have signed the Agreement for mutual cooperation in end of visit.
The Russian physicians develop new methods in surgery. Kazan doctors have started to operate the lung when the patient keeps eyes open and continues to breathe independently. It gives chance to recover to the people with contraindication of narcosis and artificial lung ventilation. Lecture "Euphyllinum’s role in respiratory medicine" has been read by the principal non-staff lung specialist of ТR, chef of phthisiopulmonology sub-faculty of КSМU, Professor Alexander Andreevich Vizel. In the report he has noticed that indications for prescription of intravenous Euphyllinum were restricted by stage of emergency aid. Oral forms with slow release of medicine are considered as "alternative of the third queue" when possibilities of inhalation therapy are exhausted.
In press conference Diego Gonzalez has told about development of the given method and possibilities of its implementation in practice. The work-shop became a good platform of experience’s exchange. The technique has series of advantages, both to doctors, and for patients. It gives the chance to perform a wide range, both diagnostic procedures, and operative measures at the patients having contraindications to application of common narcosis.
During the meeting the representatives of two parts have read the reports on health care system and strategy of its development.
In the end the parts have signed Cooperation agreement in the area of health care between Tatarstan Republic Health Ministry and III Healthcare and Social Assistance Commission of Lombardy region (Italy). The agreement has been signed by Health Minister of Tatarstan Republic and Vice-president of Committee of programs and budgeting of Lombardy region.
This competition is annually organized by Public Chamber of the Russian Federation within the limits of the National program of promotion of the best Russian products and services. Rewarding ceremony took place in Public Chamber of the Russian Federation where winners have gained the certificate and quality label «All the best for children».
Improvement of the knowledge and skills is the priority of young doctors of Tatarstan. They visit various work-shops, conferences, adopt experience of foreign colleagues. Besides, the conditions, created in the limits of program of health care modernization, give the possibilities for the professional development and practical application of the acquired abilities.
The educational course for the traumatologists who are engaged in arthroscopy of joints has taken place in Poznan (Poland) from December, 1st till December, 5th. Doctors from Vladivostok, St.-Petersburg, Ossetia and the doctor traumatologist of SAHI «Municipal Clinical Hospital №7» R.R.Afletunov have received training. Only 4 persons from all Russia had the possibility to be trained by leading experts of arthroscopy.
