Pregnancy Day was held in KCMC

Kama Children’s Medical Center has held events dedicated to All-Russian Pregnancy Day.

An educational lesson was held for patients of the Departments of Pathology of Pregnancy in the Perinatal Center.

Coach of therapeutic exercises Elena Buzina told the future mothers about the benefits of physical exercise for expectant mothers and about breathing exercises that will help ease the pain during the childbirth.

Psychologist Victoria Zhilkina conducted a lecture on the topic “You are not alone”. Then she handed the expectant mothers positive greeting cards and educational booklets “Talk to me, mother…”.

Moreover, each participator received presents from the Clinic’s partner.
