A 38-year-old woman who recently underwent a liver transplant was discharged from the Perinatal Center of the Republican Clinical Hospital.

In December 2019, a team of transplantologists from the RCH of Tatarstan performed a liver transplantation. Her own organ collapsed due to autoimmune hepatitis.

2,014 residents of Kazan were vaccinated against a new coronavirus infection in shopping centers of the city. The first such point opened on February 15 in the Mega Shopping Center, where more than 1,300 people were vaccinated here.

Today, the artists of the Galiaskar Kamal Tatar Academic Theater were again vaccinated against coronavirus infection in the Gorki Polyclinic at the Central Clinical Hospital #18 in Kazan. National Artists of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan Alsu Gainullina, National Artists of the Republic of Tatarstan, Honored Artists of the Russian Federation Ruziya Motygullina and Ildar Khairullin, and National Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Fuat Abubakirov came to be vaccinated. Artists are vaccinated to protect themselves, their loved ones and safely perform on stage, communicate with friends.

30 years ago, patients with epilepsy were treated by psychiatrists. The disease is still stigmatized, and a lot of myths have developed around it. Doctor of Medical Sciences, chief visiting specialist — pediatric neurologist of the Volga Federal District Elena Morozova and Candidate of Medical Sciences Dmitry Morozov - epileptologist held a press conference about this disease. Lilac, lavender color is considered therapeutic, soothing, and it has become a symbol of the International Epilepsy Day.

Today, 63 residents of Nizhnekamsk underwent free anonymous testing to determine their HIV status. The test-mobile with volunteers is located at the entrance to polyclinic #2.

The team in the red capes includes social and medical workers and volunteers from the nursing college. Their task is to motivate people to undergo rapid HIV testing. Volunteers conduct pre-test and post-test consultations for patients.

Today, a working group headed by the Minister of Trade and Services of the Republic of Bashkortostan visited the Children's Republican Clinical Hospital.

Doctors explained that in 70% of cases, proper treatment leads to remission. There are two thousand children with epilepsy in Tatarstan, as was stated at a press conference in the Tatar-Inform News Agency by Elena Morozova, chief freelance pediatric neurologist of the Volga Federal District, chief pediatric epileptologist of the Kazan Health Department.

The RCH treats women's "uncomfortable" problems, which are not talked about, for free.

At first glance, someone may find a  topic addressed by the Real Time from the medical today section strange. And yet, the fact that this disease is not discussed does not mean that it does not exist. Rather, it is even two concomitant diseases: stress urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse in women. This problem is so delicate that those who suffer from it just shy to tell about their torment, even to close ones. As a rule, they simply do not know which of the specialists will help them. The problem is also social in nature: women are left alone with their difficulties for many years and cannot live a whole life. The RCH doctors who treat such patients for free, even from other regions, beat the alarm. They say that all can be resolved!

The number of parents refusing the Mantoux or diaskintest increases by more than 2 thousand people annually

Over the past five years, the number of patients in the republic who are immune to the common therapy has almost halved.
