Another new apparatus "FOTEK" has appeared in Perinatal Center of Naberezhnye Chelny. It allows to escape complications after cesarean sections. The advantages of this method are: decrease of blood losses, improving of healing of operational wound, prevention of complications of postoperative period, decrease of painful syndrome and reducing of duration of stay in hospital. The new apparatus has been installed in the observation unit

Today Health Minister of Republic Adel Vafin has handed the letter of thanks from Chairman of State Council of Republic F.H. Mukhametshin to the leading councilor of department of medical and obstetric aid services of Health Ministry of Tatarstan Republic Firdaus Raisovna Umiarova.
The title «Honorable doctor of Tatarstan Republic» has been given by presidential decree of ТR to Isaeva Irina Vladimirovna – head of Republican center of catastrophe medicine, doctor of emergency service of State Autonomic Healthcare Institution «Republican clinical hospital of Health Ministry of Tatarstan Republic»

The activity of maternity care in Tatarstan has been discussed today during expanded meeting of Health Ministry board of Tatarstan Republic. The assistant of Tatarstan President on social problems Tatyana Larionova, principals of federal structures, deputies of State Council of Tatarstan, the chief of healthcare department on sports and healthy life style questions of Cabinet council of Tatarstan Republic Guzel Shakirova, rectors of educational institutions and scientists, principals of medical institutions, including profile clinics took part in the meeting. Meeting has taken place as video conference. Doctors obstetricians-gynecologists, neonatologists, anesthesiologists- resuscitators took part in the meeting in municipal unions.

School for the patients, suffering rheumatological diseases, became the tradition of Centre of rheumatological diseases and osteoporosis which works on the basis of SAHI “Municipal hospital №7” and hospital therapy department of SBEI « Kazan State Medical University» of HМ of RF. The latest meeting with patients has taken place on December, 17th and has been dedicated to rheumatoid arthritis.
Pre-natal heart operation of fetus - balloon dilatation of critical stenosis of aortal valve has been made on 27-28 weeks of pregnancy for the first time in Russia in Perinatal Centre of Republican Clinical Hospital of HM of ТR.

Press tour dedicated to International Migrants Day took place in the center of physical examination of foreign citizens. As Guzel Vafina, the substituent of head physician of RSVD, has told during press-tour, the migrants arriving to capital of republic must be examined on such illnesses as HIV infection, syphilis, tuberculosis. Centre of medical examinations has examined more than 11 thousand migrants in 2013. According to Guzel Vafina, earlier this procedure took some days, but now it takes only two hours.
Scientific-practical conference on herniology will take place in Republican Clinical Hospital on December, 19th. Open operations at ventral hernias with usage of modern reticular grafts will be done within the limits of conference.

Region conference «Pressing questions of intestine diseases» has taken place in Almetievsk medical unit of OSC “Tatneft” on 17th of December. Principal non-staff gastroenterologist of Health Ministry of TR, head of therapy department of Kazan State Medical Academy of HM of RF, professor, doctor of medical sciences Rafik Saifutdinov has taken part in the conference.
