Adherence to healthy lifestyle will certainly have a beneficial effect on the psycho-emotional sphere of any person. In addition to the rules of healthy lifestyle, which are well known to everyone: giving up bad habits, proper nutrition, physical activity, weight control, daily routine, medical activity (annual preventive medical examinations), another point has been added such as “learn to avoid stressful situations”, which means learn to relax, do not fall into negative emotions and discouragement, spend more time in nature, meet with friends, share your experiences with close people and attend cultural events.
