In press conference Diego Gonzalez has told about development of the given method and possibilities of its implementation in practice. The work-shop became a good platform of experience’s exchange. The technique has series of advantages, both to doctors, and for patients. It gives the chance to perform a wide range, both diagnostic procedures, and operative measures at the patients having contraindications to application of common narcosis.
During the meeting the representatives of two parts have read the reports on health care system and strategy of its development.
In the end the parts have signed Cooperation agreement in the area of health care between Tatarstan Republic Health Ministry and III Healthcare and Social Assistance Commission of Lombardy region (Italy). The agreement has been signed by Health Minister of Tatarstan Republic and Vice-president of Committee of programs and budgeting of Lombardy region.
This competition is annually organized by Public Chamber of the Russian Federation within the limits of the National program of promotion of the best Russian products and services. Rewarding ceremony took place in Public Chamber of the Russian Federation where winners have gained the certificate and quality label «All the best for children».
Improvement of the knowledge and skills is the priority of young doctors of Tatarstan. They visit various work-shops, conferences, adopt experience of foreign colleagues. Besides, the conditions, created in the limits of program of health care modernization, give the possibilities for the professional development and practical application of the acquired abilities.
The educational course for the traumatologists who are engaged in arthroscopy of joints has taken place in Poznan (Poland) from December, 1st till December, 5th. Doctors from Vladivostok, St.-Petersburg, Ossetia and the doctor traumatologist of SAHI «Municipal Clinical Hospital №7» R.R.Afletunov have received training. Only 4 persons from all Russia had the possibility to be trained by leading experts of arthroscopy.
"Open days" with free, anonymous HIV testing and consultations of specialists will take place on November, 21-22 in SAHI «RCPM with AIDS and ID of TR HM» (further – AIDS Centre) and satellite centers.
Interscapulothoracic amputation with block anesthesia has been carried out for the first time in SAHI Municipal Hospital №5 of Naberezhnye Chelny. Blockade of humeral plexus by supraclavicular access with anaesthetic of amide type "Naropina" has been carried out.
